Air Export Operator – Gateway

The Air Export Gateway Specialist is responsible for overseeing and coordinating air export shipments through the gateway hub.

My Client, An International Freight forwarder is looking to onboard an Air Exp Gateway operator to grow and develop in their team.

Preferred Attributes:

• 2 years Air export operations Experience OR 2 Years previous Air Export Gateway experience
• Previous Cargowise knowledge is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Shipment Coordination: Manage and coordinate air export shipments, ensuring timely departures and arrivals.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage export documentation, including airway bills, invoices, packing lists, and export declarations.
• Compliance: Ensure shipments comply with international trade regulations and company policies.
