Accounts Receivable Manager

The Accounts Receivable Manager will lead a team responsible for the invoicing to cash application responsibilities for our Amenity Pool Services platform. To succeed in this role, the Accounts Receivable Manager will possess a strong background in these areas along with excellent communication skills to partner with customers and operations towards achieving these results.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the AR team, including supervising, training, and motivating staff
• Develop and implement efficient processes for customer invoicing, payment processing, and collections
• Ensure customer accounts are up to date and collect on any delinquent accounts
• Partner with operations leaders and platform management to ensure cash targets are achieved

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in managing a collections team
• Minimum 7 years experience in an accounts receivable function role
• Proficiency in the full invoice to cash cycle
• Familiarity with laws related to debt collection (e.g. FDCPA)
• Proficient in billing procedures and collection techniques (e.g. skip tracing)
• Ability to communicate with customers and office personnel in a highly professional manner
• Experience with Salesforce including invoicing, payment processing and customer balance reporting
• Ability to prioritize the most important items to achieve objectives and manage the team towards delivering targets
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, attention to detail, and accountability
• Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills
