Accounting Manager, Hybrid (125K-135K)

Addison Group is working with a family owned company in the Carrollton area. This company is looking for a strong Accounting Manager who has shown career progression and is looking to be a high-level leader within the organization in the near future.

This role is hybrid, typically only in office 3-days per week and pays 125K-135K + bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing in month-end close processes
• Oversee and assist in financial reporting
• Review and analyze general ledger account reconciliations
• Generate monthly financial and performance reporting for further analysis
• Produce supporting documentation for audits
• Documentation of current business processes, procedures and internal controls
• Monitoring important business metrics, and identifying action steps to improve such metrics
• Utilizing technology to continuously learn, innovate and share knowledge with team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 5+ years of Accounting experience required
• CPA, or CPA Candidate highly preferred
• Management experience is preferred
• Experience in public accounting industry is a plus
