Position Title: Project Director
Reporting Structure: Reports to the National Program Director
Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position is $78,000-$90,000, depending on experience and skill sets
Job Classification: Full time, exempt
Schedule: Full-time (40 or more hours per week, and can reach 70+ hours at peak times)
Location: On-site

Position Summary
Ethos Organizing is seeking talented, driven individuals for the role of Project Director (PD) to manage a canvass program through the duration of the election cycle. PDs will work with company leadership to develop high-quality, innovative programs for a broad, diverse set of clients and partners, and will be the primary conduit to our project teams.
Project Directors will report directly to the National Program Directors. This role is in-person throughout the duration of an assigned project. Salaries for this position range from $78,000-90,000 based on experience and skillset. This position is eligible for health, dental, and vision benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage the day-to-day activities of the project team, overseeing and guiding all aspects of hiring, training, and team member accountability
Cultivate an inclusive culture that fosters learning and professional growth for every team member
Supervise the planning, execution, and performance of each project, emphasizing the delivery of high-quality, cost-efficient results
Maintain close communication and engagement with client stakeholders in partnership with Ethos leadership
Ensure adherence to reporting and accountability protocols, delivering up-to-date, actionable data and information to campaign leadership
Undertake additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
1-3 years of management experience, preferably in a campaign, advocacy, or organizing environment
Highly organized, with the ability to actively manage project goals and operations with the ability to multitask without compromising the quality of work
Proven ability to anticipate challenges and troubleshoot issues proactively
Ability and willingness to work a demanding schedule, which can reach 70+ hours per week at peak times and can be expected to include evenings and weekends.
Must possess a cell phone and laptop
Must have ready access to personal transportation and will be required to provide proof of driver’s insurance
Must be able to travel and/or relocate to project locations across the country on short notice; travel, lodging, and other related expenses are provided by Ethos
Familiarity with Google Suite and VAN is preferred
