    The NM Enterprise Atlas collects individual information pages for all software approved for use by the Technology Introduction Program (TIP) team. Each tool (application) has an "Owner," usually the person who proposed using the tool or the manager of the appropriate workgroup. The owner is responsible for internal support of the tool, and for keeping the atlas updated. In 2006, the TIP team decided to standardize content on each page, and to move the atlas platform from static HTML to a wiki…

The owner is responsible for internal support of the tool, and for keeping the atlas updated. In 2006, the TIP team decided to standardize content on each page, and to move the atlas platform from static HTML to a wiki platform using Confluence as the engine. Tool owners were tasked with upgrading their atlas page(s) before the wiki went live. This didn't happen. I was brought in shortly before the wiki went live in mid-July 2007 primarily to work with the owners of 500+ tools who had not yet submitted any updates for their tool(s). The Atlas was completed on December 17, 2007
