Now that we have dropped nonrevenue incented/operation types, let's talk about increasing revenue. If you are selling 100% of your supply you are in a rare, probably non-optimized group. Most publisher do not and should not fill more than 75% of supply directly. Using the bottom 25% to leverage floors higher, increasing bids/ecpm. ROI allows publishers the opportunity to efficiently monetize 100% of their supply. Accomplishing this by selling unfilled outside of the direct adstack in a secondary auction or post-bid strategy. We will deliver real time market data on supply value, allowing publishers to understand supply value and flooring. Selling and optimizing your unsold is a simple and import part of a balanced programmatic strategy. I’m super excited to be kicking off a new series of events: Open Invite. There are two strong beliefs we hold at Metrikus that are behind this series of events. 1. We’re still in the early days of creating workplace experiences and the smart building industry is still young – but the change is more necessary than ever and real progress will only happen when we come together to share insights and collaborate. 2. It's time to move past the initial hype of generative AI. We should all be using AI as a strategic driver of tangible return on investment. For example, ADWEEK just reported exclusively on a first-of-its-kind use case in which AI identified and helped a brand (Shake Shack) scour over 80,000 active subreddits to identify contextual conversations around, in this case, people who were hungry and craving chicken sandwiches. The bot, Known's "The Big Lebotski," then found the most efficient and effective ways to introduce Shake Shack's "Chicken Shack Sundays."   The results are impressive. As AdWeek put it, The Big Lebotski "drove people into the Shack." The campaign blew past sales benchmarks by 31%. As my partner, Kern Schireson, said: “We’re not trying to use AI to be fancy or to make it complicated. We’re using AI in places where traditional age, gender and psychographic targeting aren’t sufficient to get to a level of detail that will cause a campaign like this to perform.” Let's move past the smoke & mirrors. Stop with hyperbole. This is real, it works, and the brands that use AI wisely are experiencing dramatic results.

I just want to be clear that this is a protoype UI (no style points!). This is the voices component of Zora (the agentic marketing platform we're building at TSC). Each one of these "voices" represents a fine-tuned language model (your own special flavor of chatGPT, for example .... could be any LLM). Users are able to upload documents and walk away. In the background, multiple agents are automating the fine tuning process. Once the voices are set up, users can create agents to utilize the voices (i.e., fine tuned models) to do anything from generate content to automate campaign execution. We still have a long way to go, but we've made tons of progress. Cindy Gallop keeps raising the bar, and I'm here for it! From shaking up Adland to founding Make Love Not Porn, she's now tackling a crucial issue: censorship in the fem/sex tech & wellness space. Her vision for a new AdTech platform, HereForTheAds, could revolutionize how we advertise essential products like condoms, lube (yes, everyone should be using lube!), and sex toys—items unfairly censored for far too long. As a creative in the taboo space, Cindy's work has massively influenced my journey, showing me that challenging the status quo is not only necessary but also profitable and that you can build your own damn industry. This AdTech is desperately needed in a landscape where major platforms constantly ban ads for sexual health and women's wellness. By maintaining a quality standard of 'ads people want to see,' I believe that her vision could also revolutionize sex education through advertising. "When you have a world-changing business, you have to change the world to fit it, not the other way around." So let's f*cking go. P.S. Investors, take note "There's a huge amount of money to be made taking women seriously."
