“Tracey is an unparalleled leader and collaborator. I’ve had the pleasure of working with her on multiple projects, each resulting in great results for the organization and personal growth for myself. Tracey is excellent at connecting with people and working together to bring ideas to life. Her leadership gives you confidence and her energy gets you excited to execute no matter the challenges ahead. One example of Tracey’s abilities occurred when her and I had a chance to start a new Employee Resource Group (ERG) for our organization. I immediately saw Tracey’s passion for people really shine. She had numerous fresh ideas on how to engage our members, get their feedback, and deliver programming that truly helped them grow. Tracey is driven by the mission of helping people develop personally and professionally. She understands that when people reach their potential, an organization benefits and becomes more likely to exceed its strategic goals. In addition to her work through the ERGs, Tracey is a strategic leader. She not only takes time to understand the business and its objectives, Tracey goes out of her way to include different voices into her feedback loop, understanding this is how the best decisions are made. She is excellent at pulling information together and drafting a plan of execution, including key milestones along the way. On multiple occasions she’s demonstrated the ability to collaborate, learn, train, influence, and recognize key stakeholders. This absolutely rings true in her most recent work in DEI. I always enjoy getting a chance to interact or work with Tracey. I know that when I walk away, I’ve been heard and will have a renewed sense of purpose with what’s ahead of me. I hope our professionals paths cross again in the future. There’s no limit to what’s possible when she is part of the effort.”

Here's how you can strengthen your professional presence with assertive body language.
So often our outward posture unintentionally reflects our inward psychological/emotional posture, it's easy to forget we can leverage the connection in reverse. By intentionally assuming a posture of comfortable confidence externally, we can signal to our bodies that we are safe and thus our racing minds, hearts, and sweaty palms should respond accordingly. Regardless of any difference in perception from others, it's a practice that improves mood and frees up resources for cognitive utility, tapping into the best version of ourselves.

Re-designed the participant materials and powerpoint for interdepartmental presentations on exchange traded funds. The previous informal discussion and quiz model of ETF presentation left many crew with questions and uncertainty around what to discuss with clients. Based on the desired outcome of ETF recognition, acumen and talking-points for crew, I worked with a fellow subject matter expert (SME) to create a user-friendly presentation that covered the basics of ETF creation, trading and comparative advantages. We then provided talking points and resources for follow-up, providing a more robust learning experience for crew which enabled them to hold more informed conversations with clients about ETFs.
