“I cannot say enough positive things about Tim. He is a phenomenal HR business partner that is focused on balancing the needs of the organization while being thoughtful about the impact on the employee population. His communication is always tactful, yet direct and professional. His work is thorough and he always follows up when he says he will. He contributed to countless projects that positively impacted the organization while I worked with him and still maintained or exceeded his normal position requirements. I would work for Tim, work with Tim or take him on my team any day!”

I volunteered and was voted on as President of an on campus organization geared toward tackling gang history within Los Angeles. As president, I created workshops designed to show the real history of the notorious gangs known as the Bloods and the Crips. I, along with my board, facilitated these workshops at various high schools within Los Angeles such as Leuzinger high school, and Inglewood high school. As president, I created workshops designed to show the real history of the notorious gangs known as the Bloods and the Crips. I, along with my board, facilitated these workshops at various high schools within Los Angeles such as Leuzinger high school, and Inglewood high school. It was my goal to emphasize the positive intentions of the initial version of the Crips (Community Revolutionary Inter-party Service) to the young people that perpetuate the negative stereotypes and methodologies they've been wrongly taught and have lost many loved ones to.

Children
Alongside one of my lifelong mentors, I helped create a mentorship program geared toward enlightening young men of the socioeconomic conditions that they face every day. The program was meant to show young men living in inner city settings that there is more to reach for than the things they saw on a daily basis and to teach them to be men.

Children
I volunteered as a camp counselor for Unicamp, a program that provides a traditional camp setting for inner city, underrepresented children. I trained for 100 hours before being able to actually interact with the children, learning various games and activities for the camp experience. I also spent time on the camp site cleaning and clearing it in preparation for actual camp sessions.

Housing Co-Chair

Education
I served as Housing co-chair for the “Afrikan” Student Union at UCLA for their “Admit Weekend”. Admit weekend brings prospective African American students to UCLA’s campus for a weekend in order to show them what it is like to be a student there. This program is designed to increase diversity at UCLA’s campus. As Housing co-chair I encouraged my peers to host the prospective students and documented release forms and all information necessary.
