That's simple: Start by asking what the client understand about your product or service and why they agreed to meet with you today or on zoom. If the client is a qualified prospect they will be willing to share their interest and or any objections being that they have an honest need for your services. Many times they have already made a decision to sway over to another product and want to justify their position. Ask the HARD questions. What is most important to you and your company. If you want cheap-it's fast and not durable. If you want it fast , it is cheap. If you want the best, that is our products or services, it will not be fast but it will be the most durable and not have to be replaced in 1-2 years like the one you are thinking of.

You should start the TREND! Look at a simple solution in any operating expenses or monthly residual billings. Look at electricity bills, gas bills, water bills, accounting services, Payroll expenses or payroll staff. Always look at simple expenses and look at simple solutions. All companies started at small 1-2 people. Today we see mega companies every year laying off 1,000, 2,000 or more people. Look at who they are laying off, look at who they are running ads for hiring. Then deductive reasoning be it sales, add sales training, Code writers need skills in AI learning to insert into their work. Restaurants need staff, if your an advertising and incentives seller of hats, shirts, caps, bags offer free gifts

If you are willing to clean out the coffee machine, empty the trash cans and do the jobs no one else wants to even consider, then you will become a partner, company director or the go to person everyone wants. Remember if your 5 minutes early , your ten minutes late. ie: Vince Lombardi

Run your Region like you run your own sales and operations at small scale. Set attaiable goals for your sales people. Stretch them to double in one year , but, show them HOW to do it. Lay out a Milkman/Milkwoman route weekly either online and or in person. USE THE CRM One day a week! Contact all 120 target accounts and contacts once a month. Ping them on LinkedIN, set up once a month 10 minute ZOOM call. Ask them how we can help them and their company achieve THEIR Goals, not ours. Look at what you want to achive daily and then make it workable. Calling 120 people a day for 30 days is insane. Start small and build. Look at what is being spent on operational support. A normal support person makes $30,000-$75,000 a year. Take on that!
