    KEY PROJECT: Member Experience Transformation
I spearheaded a transformative shift within our organization, transitioning from a requirement-based system to a people-centric culture, prioritizing member experience. This project involved research and external benchmarking of other Junior Leagues. Additionally, in partnership with our membership team, I leveraged listening tools and survey data to develop strategic action plans in response to findings. Members now have the autonomy to select their volunteer path and commitment level, promoting meaningful engagement without burnout. This framework has elevated morale and engagement, resulting in increased volunteer retention.

KEY PROJECT: New Member Recruitment & Onboarding
I chaired a committee of six members, organizing monthly recruitment events to attract and engage prospective volunteers. In response to member feedback, we expanded the scope of our outreach efforts to include community volunteering sessions, leading to our largest new member class (140 women). In this role, I also partnered with our membership and leadership development teams to establish a 1-year new-member onboarding program, offering mentorship, personalized career pathing, and regular touch points. The program is still in use today.
