She has been holding regular Skype training, Q&As, and message board sessions on chatter to try to make sure all employees are up to speed on the tricky and complicated new Salesforce. This has a positive business effect as it's making the lives of everyone who uses Salesforce easier and more productive, and on a personal level it's just made working with this system more pleasant. Sarah is open to feedback on how to do things even better, and continues to try to improve the current training system. Thanks Sarah!
