““Integrity” that’s the one word that keeps coming to mind when I think about Sarah. She was senior to me, but in a different group. We interacted professionally, but didn’t actually connect on a personal level until after I no longer worked for Concordia. To be honest, I was rude in our first few interactions afterwards. But, Sarah. She understood that my frustrations were from a misunderstanding and responded with kindness and grace. THAT is how I know Sarah has integrity. After our professional relationship ended, she reached out to check on me - an acquaintance, at best - thus demonstrating Sarah having “wholeness” in her character and principals. Most people stay in their corner after leaving a job, but she sacrificed her time and talent to do the right thing. The best part of Sarah isn’t what she does in the office, but outside of it. That is why I would work for/with her again. ”

You should expect questions regarding that company's specific business model, economic conditions, and drivers of financial success, and you should be able to demonstrate that you understand how their business model works. You can also show that you understand this by asking questions about their accountability structures/heirarchy and what their established budgeting and forecasting cycles look like.
