You are CEO of yourself with both strengths and weaknesses. Be brutally honest with yourself. Your value is described by impactful language that highlights both how you fit the culture in a team but with your own unique capabilities. You have one shot to communicate your value. Like any communication, to be effective you must know much about who you are communicating with. Interviewing is an art and preparation is most important. Be bold and participate in networking and panels etc. Go as much as you can... Now...so your industry knows you. Plan your career so that when you are thrown from your horse. The next mount is saddled and ready.

Investment in time in your career, planning the right direction, the right certs, etc. are extremely important. Plan, Plan, Plan. Don't just play darts with your career. What are the risks of implementing a new cybersecurity architecture, and how can you mitigate them?
Implementation requires parallel and phasing in and out. Don't be in hurry. Design a phased in and phased out approach (if necessary) and measure your success the best you can along the way. Not only will this help mitigate your risk, it will help keep your people trained with accountability.

dvisers will perform quality control. If there are any changes an Adviser would like to request, such as
a title change, omission or addition of information, we ask that they write these comments in the note section of the provided planning meeting packet. Additionally, Advisers are encouraged to be as vo
cal and opinionated as possible; asking any necessary questions that could help to discern whether the information provided is truly what was requested and that the presentation is vendor agnostic.
Exhibitor Selection: F2F Events, Inc. limits the number of Exhibitors participating in INTERFACE based on the projected attendance at the conference. The ratio maintained at INTERFACE is eight Delegates (Attendees) for every one Exhibitor booth. This ratio is applied to ensure a valuable and
comfortable experience for the Delegates of INTERFACE. In order to ensure Exhibitors that are invited provide excellent service and desired products, we ask that our Advisers make recommendations of VAR’S, manufacturers, and resellers.
Suggestions for Development: In order to provide a wide benefit to the Delegates of INTERFACE, we rely on our Advisers to provide feedback and make requests concerning the format of the conference.
