About
With over 30 years of diverse litigation and insurance coverage experience, I counsel and represent insurance industry clients facing complex liability and insurance coverage issues. As a seasoned litigator, I am a tenacious advocate for my clients facing an array of claims. My experience includes general liability, professional liability, D&O, Bermuda Form, and other kinds of policies on behalf of primary, excess/umbrella insurers, handling a variety of issues. I have prosecuted and defended coverage actions across the country.
Aside from insurance coverage litigation, I defend property owners, tenants, contractors, design professionals, security companies and others in personal injury and property damage actions involving premises, labor law, construction, toxic torts and products liability.
I enjoy solving problems for my clients, offering thoughtful, practical solutions for the challenges that they face, and working with them to navigate through complex situations.
My background in both defense and coverage allows me to look at the larger picture within the context of both evaluation and litigation.
I am a frequent lecturer and author and have served as a Director on the USLAW Network's Board of Directors, Chair of the USLAW Network Construction Law Practice Group and the Insurance Services and Risk Management Group.
