    • Responsible for developing and maintaining a professional and customer service oriented security department.
    • Daily patrol and respond to community issues
    • Responsible for shift replacement and/or administrative duties.
    • Liaison to the DWPOA Community Manager and/or Privacy Gate Committee.
    • Attend monthly Privacy Gate Committee meeting, Neighborhood Watch Committee meeting, the annual owners meeting and Board Meeting (as requested).
    • Report equipment and software failures as well as work with vendors to trouble shoot the problems.
    • Ensures prospective employees meet minimal qualifications for hire and are properly trained for positions.
    • Ensures employees have met SLED and other state licensing requirements and that they are current.
    • Receives and resolves complaints from owners, contractors and guests in professional manner.
    • Serves as liaison to local law enforcement and the fire department.
    • Assist with hurricane preparation and post hurricane procedures and responds to potential and actual emergencies in the community.
