“Having closely observed Paul for many years, he is an exceptional technical resource. I worked closely with Paul in the Public Housing Division of CSI, as Paul acted as a core member of our Database Solutions Team. Paul was exceptional on that DBS team for core three reasons. First, Paul has an uncanny ability manage his workload for ultimate efficiency. Often closing 50 to 75 percent more cases than his closest peer over long stretches of time. This efficiency required a deep discipline for daily work habits with an understanding of prioritizing for efficiency. Secondly, Paul’s utilized a deep breadth of technical knowledge to find root cause for complex data/database issues with speed. Which was no small feat as he worked in a normalized database with thousands of objects, and tens of gigabytes of data. Lastly, Paul organically built meaningful relationships with clients in a way that was uncommon for our technical teams. Using those relationships to calm fears, assist in case closure, and ultimately reduce client attrition. Paul is a deeply skilled technical resource, who understands the meaning of client relationships. It has been my pleasure to work with him.”
