What are the most common pitfalls of remote work and how can you avoid them?
With remote work, work often becomes just work. As a result it is harder to push teams to go beyond the ordinary. Which may be fine for companies at scale and harder when you’re young. Also being an effective manager is that much more challenging and requires significant more intentionality versus in person.

How can feedback help align solutions with goals?
Emotion does not have a role in feedback. The reason why organizations have not fixed the lack of feedback problem is because either awkwardness or aggression comes in the way. AI is incredibly powerful at taking raw observations and extracting the substance from it.
