As the Product Marketing Director for Facebook app monetization teams, Paula built effective relationships with senior leaders across product/engineering and sales/marketing, advocated for key advertiser needs, and influenced Sales and Product orgs to implement strategic changes which benefit advertisers in driving stronger ad performance and helping advertisers cope with signal loss. Examples include updating our Optimal Placements recommendations from 4 to 6 surfaces, which increased demand for new and emerging surfaces and increased incremental revenue by $1B with no additional engineering cost, and influencing Sales and Product to take on a shared goal for our suite of lead generation products.
