“I worked with Parmesh when the Amazon Business team outsourced Expansion Configuration support to RBS Chennai as part of the F3 Vulcan program. Parmesh onboarded Business Expansions as a stand-alone vertical part of Vulcan starting with 3 SOPs and eventually evolved to end-to-end setup of new 3P stores to the system. Parmesh played a key role during the COVID-19 Pandemic in placing test orders for new stores and delivering essentials to 50 food banks across the UK within a short span of time. Parmesh went above and beyond to understand the workflow of new store configuration by interacting with multiple teams of PMs, AMs, VMs and ancillary teams. He came up with a proactive approach to new city and store configuration which reduced the external dependency of PMs and streamlined the process flow from start to finish. The innovative initiative accelerated the readiness of new stores before launch.”
