“I hired Les to define and establish the Technology Architecture group at CIGNA. Prior to Les joining CIGNA, this function was fragmented and inconsistent. With the new group and new processes for defining and executing architecture and design, CIGNA moved to an architecture and technology reuse which allowed for faster development that delivered business results at lower cost.
