  • Becthel Ivanpah

    -

A 377 megawatt net solar complex using mirrors to focus the power of the sun on solar receivers atop power towers.

The electricity generated by all three plants is enough to serve more than 140,000 homes in California during the peak hours of the day.
The complex will reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions by more than 400,000 tons per year.

  • BP Mad Dog

    -

Mad Dog spar facility is designed to process 80,000 barrels of oil
and 60 million cubic feet of gas per day. Oil and gas are transported to 3rd party
operated infrastructure via the BP-operated Caesar (oil) pipeline and Cleopatra
(gas) pipeline systems. The facility implemented the first polyester mooring
system ever employed on a truss spar and at the time accomplished the largest
single topsides lift of 8620 tons.

  • BP Thunder Horse

    -

The Thunder Horse development consists of a semi-submersible
Production/Drilling/Quarters (PDQ) facility, with the capacity to
produce 250,000 b/d of oil, and 200 mmscfd of gas. The processed oil
& gas is then transported to shore via BP operated pipelines,
including Proteus and Endymion (oil), and Okeanos and Destin (gas)
    pipeline systems.

  • Chevron-operated Wheatstone LNG

    -

Construction on the Wheatstone Project began in late 2011. The Chevron-led project includes an 8.9 million-metric-ton-per-year LNG facility with two processing units and a separate domestic gas plant.

  • Daelim Sadara

    -

South Korea's Daelim Industrial has won a US$920.3m engineering, procurement and construction contract to build the main cracker for the Sadara Chemical Company, Daelim said in a statement.

The cracker is part of the $20bn joint venture project between Saudi Aramco and Dow Chemical, which aims to produce 1.5 million tonnes per year of ethylene and 400,000 tonnes per year of propylene.

  • DOW Gulfstream Program (PDH, PU&I, LHC-9)

    -

Dow expanding its production facilities on the Gulf Coast in Freeport, Texas and Plaquemine, Louisiana with its Gulfstream Program.

  • Dyno Nobel Ammonia Plant

    -

Explosives maker Dyno Nobel International will build an $850 million ammonia manufacturing plant in Jefferson Parish near Waggaman, employing as many as 750 during construction and generating tens of millions of dollars in tax revenue.

  • KBR Agrium Lone Star Project

    -

Upon completion, this world-scale fertilizer facility will produce approximately 670,000 tons of urea per year and 700,000 tons per year of ammonia supporting the North American agriculture industry.

  • Sonatrach Skikda, Algeria LNG

    -

The Pipeline Transportation Activity provides for the delivery of hydrocarbons (crude oil, natural gas, LPG and condensate) through a pipelines network of almost 16 200 Km. Through this oil and gas pipelines system, 244,5 million toe (all products combined) were transported in 2007.
The pipe transportation system counts 12 gas pipelines with a combined length of 7 459 km, with a transportation capacity of 131 Bm3/ year, 39 Bm3 of which are intended for exports.
