    Luke went to work for Zen Windows Kansas City and after the first 3 weeks he got more sales than the territory had ever had gotten before. Then the next month he doubled that again.

    Luke went to work for Zen Windows Kansas City and after the first 3 weeks he got more sales than the territory had ever had gotten before. Then the next month he doubled that again.


    He says then he started managing the corporate locations 3 years into working for Zen Windows and he is now managing 7 locations - 4 employees and about 40 installers throughout the locations.

    He wasn’t really happy with the answering service that they were getting in Kansas City. He wanted a company that they could use anywhere with any new location and the onboarding would be seamless. He says after the first 1-2 months of using AnswerConnect they knew it was a good fit and they wanted to bring on the other areas.

    One of the things they needed the most help with is the phones were ringing off the hook and they couldn’t focus. “You’d be on a call and 3 other calls coming through”

    He no longer hears callers complaining about agents being rude or missing out on business because of an interaction with the answering service, that just doesn’t happen. “You guys really do hire good people. It is very very rare that there is any problem. And if there is a problem it is not a huge deal.”

    He loves not having to be around his phone all the time - knowing that you guys are there honestly, it is one of the biggest things. One sentence - “Awesome. I have nothing but good things to say about AnswerConnect and how they have helped our business grow.”
