    "Since 2005, Aquaholics (http://aquaholicsurf.com) has been recruiting the surf community and other caring individuals to volunteer their time to share the stoke with Special Needs and fragile kids, young adults and just about anyone who feels like the program is a good fit.

    We have kids and young adults on the Autism Spectrum, with Downs Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Dubowitz Syndrome, well, you get the picture. In 2005, we took 3 kids surfing. In August of 2012, we had 92 kids registered. We recruit 2 volunteers per kid (Cameron topped out at 11 volunteers keeping him right side up!) We would love to share this event to any and all who would like to come."
