#GenerativeAI really is here to make humans' lives easier. Turns out it doesn't only take over tasks we don't want to deal with. It solves the age-old Designer's Dilemma, "Good, cheap, fast...pick two." The rubric states (cynically) that, when working on a project, the outcome can be good and fast, but at a price. Or good and cheap, but on the proverbial back-burner. Or cheap and fast, but good? Not so much. That's where AI shines. Cheap and fast. Especially since most clients insist on paying hourly (which wrongfully incentivizes both parties). There is and will be good use cases for GenAI, but it will not produce anything better than good-enough on its lowest-common-denominator own. We have the opportunity to actually blow up the good-cheap-fast limitation by staying engaged and using our human rule-breaking intuition to achieve all three.

Brands building in health tech often run the risk of over-indexing on clinical positioning… Of course the offering needs to be clinically sound… And the brilliant science and tech built in needs to be well represented. And the levity and playfulness we built into the brand helped create that feeling of inclusion… That you’re not alone on that journey. And it really landed in the market too… 250k active users within 2 months of launch. Clients with a great product giving you freedom to be bold? Not much more you can ask for as an agency.
