This is a collaborative effort among researchers in business and law schools to identify research-backed best practices for designing companies and other organizations so that ethical behavior emerges. It is an alternative to directly teaching ethics, or lecturing people to be ethical -- approaches that have not yet been shown to cause increases in ethical behavior.
