What is the best way to collaborate with other departments to improve your PR strategy?
It's funny... Many departments are called verticals within organizations. Legal, Operations, HR, Sales... They operate vertically higher and lower, strategic and tactical. But PR is very much NOT a vertical IMO, it's a horizontal! Much like Neil suggested imbedding PR INTO these "verticals" is the way to make sure it in the plan from the start, and not slapped on at the end. I second Neil.
