How do you manage stress and pressure when coordinating complex structural modifications simultaneously?
I find that focusing on one task at a time and giving yourself enough time in order to not get flustered. Additionally, take breaks and allow your mind to recover, I often have revelations during those recovery periods.

Here's how you can navigate salary negotiation in structural engineering without making common mistakes.
Being aware of the position that you are interviewing for and how it aligns with you future goals and aspirations, it can really help to find the best fit. Not all structural engineering jobs are equal. Know what skills the company is wanting you to use will help to determine what their budget is for the position. Don't be afraid to show that you can bring more to the table, they may not have considered it, but those additional skills do have value and don't forget about them during offer/counter-offer stage.
