She was instrumental in the successful and well received introduction of the project to Avangrid’s leadership and business area representatives. Janet designed Stakeholder Surveys, to gather valuable feedback from users’ experience, to develop more personalized and comprehensive plans. 4.Training/ Support: Janet oversaw the development and execution of our initial training plan, equipping our team and Change Champions, with necessary knowledge to begin preparing for the adaptation of the Salesforce platform.
