Leadership, change and culture - presented at PEX Conference 2016
Big Change is often under-estimated and unplanned. The importance of understanding the significant role the leader plays in change is paramount to the success. Continuously reviewing the assumption you made and noting the red flags as you go along is critical when change is planned over long periods and eventually becomes bigger than you ever imagined. The most fundamental though is leveraging the culture for change and not simply dismissing it.
