“I worked with Husein Kadribegic for more than nine years at FreshDirect. He leads the FreshDirect IT Applications ERP SAP team. The SAP application platform is deeply integrated into the financial, production, eCommerce, and overall business operations for FreshDirect. Husein manages the FreshDirect SAP Application Service Provider (ASP) relationship with a critical FreshDirect IT business partner. I have observed Husein grow within the leadership structure for the SAP team during my time at FreshDirect. He successfully managed multiple SAP server, storage infrastructure, and Oracle database technology refresh and upgrade projects thru the FreshDirect SAP ASP during this time. He also supported the new SAP application environment configurations to support multi-plant operations, the new FDX Express (formerly FoodKick) site operations, and the new FreshDirect Campus (FDX) plant environment in the Bronx. I was very impressed with his project management skills, attention to detail, testing approach, and strong communications. Husein and his team also work with the FreshDirect SAP ASP to ensure testing of the disaster recovery operation for FreshDirect SAP services every six months. Husein and his team support continuous requests for new business functionality and updated integrations with other FreshDirect mission critical applications and the FreshDirect business intelligence environment. He provides prompt response and quick resolution to these requests and escalated operational support requests – including support for 24 x7 escalations. He is well respected by IT team members and business stakeholders for his service excellence, friendly and supportive attitude, and professionalism. I have great confidence in the availability, performance, functionality, and overall reliability of the FreshDirect SAP environment. Husein’s leadership is a key component for the confidence. I look forward to his continued growth within the FreshDirect IT organization. I hope to work with Husein again in the future. I strongly recommend Husein Kadribegic.”
