Happy Friday, everyone! You made it! While some might feel the week would never end others felt quite accomplished. I want to hear your big "EUREKA" Moment or what your accomplishment of the week was. This week has been a fantastic journey of growth and perspective. One of the greatest highlights for me was meeting with a industry cohort for coffee this week and leaning in on her advice. I took a moment to embrace the bigger picture and not get bogged down by the minutiae. It's so easy to get caught up in the small details and shovel sand but she opened my eyes to thinking big! I also left my laptop at home for the first time in 7 years and took a mini vacation with my significant other last week. Disconnecting from being so work connected was amazing. I recommend if it is only a few days leaving your calendar invite link in your OOO and a return date to set the expectation that the senders time is valued and they can have a confirmed meeting upon your return. 💡 Key Takeaway: When you shift your focus to the bigger picture, you open up new possibilities and opportunities.
