This effort was completed in a tight four-month window. The design delivered a common look & feel between the divisions and a renewed priority on providing customers with up-to-date and easy-to-access information. This initiative was in support of the mandate by the Governor to consolidate the four main transportation divisions into one by November 1, 2009, which also included the elimination of the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority (MTA).
