Worked with interested businesses, chambers of commerce, NGO's and government agencies on collaborative solutions to deliver the advanced skills employers need. Led the construction of the Siemens/GWI pilot program in collaboration with Siemens, Forsyth County Schools and Lanier Technical College to provide relevant training and education that will make students eligible for high-paying jobs at the Siemens GA 400 manufacturing plant and similar institutions after they graduate.
