    •Led the organization's survival and operational improvement plan which has resulted in 9 new highly skilled Board of Director Members, the hiring of a new Producing Artistic Director and an increase in earned income by 30% within his first six months of tenure.
    •Created and Led implementation of Strategic Vision for the organization that aimed at decreasing operating cost by growing different revenue streams, creating partnerships and communicating the value proposition of the organization
    •Led the development standard operating procedures on public engagement, press releases, media meetings, and general operations
