Dawn is that answer for me now and likely will be for the rest of my life. Dawn is a leader that multiplies the best in her team. **WEAKNESSES** Ok, culturally we are really good -or consistent - at pointing out the weaknesses around us. Let’s be clear- being aware of a weakness is SMART! We often hear that the best leaders surround themselves with people who are better at certain things. That’s great. A well rounded team is often successful and efficient. My message today around understanding weakness is more about IDENTIFYING and AGREEING on what the ‘holes’ are on your team or in your business. If you don’t agree on the problem, you’ll never agree on the solution. When doing this kind of analysis, think deeper: 1. What is the weakness? 2. Why are you/we weak in that area? 3. What risk (if any) does this weakness pose? 4. What would it look like if this weakness was a strength? 5. Do we need to strengthen this? If yes, ask why and consider how can we do that. Not every weakness needs to be resolved 😉 #BartosBasics
