How can you coach a candidate who is nervous during an interview?
I find the most important thing to state to a candidate prior to an interview, regardless of how nervous they are, is that this isn't an 'examination of them'. An interview should, and must be, a two-way conversation which, hopefully, ends in a meeting of minds between interviewer and interviewee. I always encourage candidates to take the opportunity to ask plenty of questions of their own. The age of panel interviewers behind a long boardroom table is gone - and it if it isn't - it should be.

With the restructure came a massive growth in staff numbers for their Dubai office. After sourcing state of the art premises, they required 40 new staff to be added to the business.
