“Mr. Dale set up the ICMC country office in Afghanistan, he hired most of the key national staff inculding my self who led the team, he managed the operations of ICMC based in headquarter, I was honored to work with him and provide services to the Exteremely Vulnerable Individuals, the Afghan returness and internally displaced people, ICMC under Dale's leadership established the first women shelter ever in Afghanistan,in GTC transit camp in Herat, where deported women, minors and troumatized children were provided with a variety of very essential services, I had the pleasure to manage programs in Islam Qala, Kushk e Kone, Kushk, Gulran and two big transit camps in Herat, the IDP camps and the returnee monitoring program in Ghor province.”
