• Developed SQL "hot meter reports" out of IEE: 1) A report to return EndpointID, temperature, and reading time where a configured temperature threshold is exceeded in a meter read (DEGC) between the hours of 20:00 and 03:00; 2) A report to return daily event count and EndpointID for each meter with a temperature threshold exceeded event count equal or greater than the configured number.
• Implemented full-population export of readings and device events to TECO's Azure-based Data Analytics Platform (DAP) IEE Export.
• Wrote scripts (Powershell) to monitor IEE MDM readings import and to send appropriate alerts upon detection of bottlenecks. Show less

• Wrote tools to remotely monitor Cisco Grid Routers (CGRs) and the Itron CGR Adaptive Communication Modules (CAMs).
• Developed web service client in C# to automate the reset of demand registers on electric meters. Developed web service client in C# to integrate OpenWay with the customer’s outage management system. Wrote services to monitor and filter device events and return selective events to customer’s AMI Distribution Management System (ADMS).
• Wrote XSLTs to transform master data from customer's SAP system to formats expected by OpenWay and IEE systems.
• Wrote custom health check and monitoring tools that produce reports out of SQL server and Oracle databases.
