“I worked with Chris for nearly ten years before my departure from the City of Westlake Village. During this time, he served as our de facto IT Director, managing all things technology for the City. Chris was our primary contact for policy and long range planning of technology, and his company Lanspeed serviced everything for the City from desktop workstations, to internal networking, to cybersecurity, to server management. Chris also took a lead role in integrating the City's IT network with our legacy phone system and our television broadcast equipment. Chris is an excellent leader, skilled at identifying needs of an organization and delegating the right people to meet them, providing oversight without micromanagement, and ensuring that requirements are met within established timeframes and budgets.
