Does anyone find these tests useful for baseball rehab? Seated med ball throws, upper quarter Y-balance, and the closed kinetic chain upper extremity stability test are popular tests post shoulder injury. Frankly, none of these tests give me useful info for return to throwing. What about you? Do you use any of these tests with baseball players? Like them? Don't like them? What do you use instead?
