Big CONGRATS to Sarah Russell on pulling the covers off her incredible work launching Project Bellwether at Google X -- helping humans respond more efficiently to natural disasters, mitigate the impact of catastrophic events, and better understand our planet’s behavior. From the TechCrunch article: "The Bellwether team has thus far produced two tools.
