“It is a great pleasure working with Angelina! I worked with Angelina during her time on Amazon's Black Employee Network (BEN), while she was the Director of Networking and currently as she became the President. Angelina brings positive, team-building energy matched with a high bar for execution. She thinks about the big picture, taking into account the small details and does a great job of listening to feedback. During her tenure leading the Networking committee she raised the bar on the consistency and type of events BEN was hosting for our members and she partnered internally with other Affinity Groups - championing diversity across the company. Angelina advocates for diversity through aligning BEN with students organizations that support tutoring and mentoring for underrepresented students. By leading the Networking committee she elevated the experience for BEN members and other professionals around the city, she built a great community with other employee resource groups at other companies and led BEN through many events that positively impacted our membership attendance at events. I enjoy working with her because she reliable, moves quickly and I know she will deliver on her word. I also enjoy working with her because she is a team player and a leader who listens to her team and customers before making decisions that impact them. I trust her to make the tough calls and communicate her decision-making effectively to her stakeholders. I trust her to make decisions that are long-term focused. Angelina leads by example. ”

My role was to meet each bus of freshman at the bottom of the hill. Once the students were off of the bus, we welcomed the students with CSU chants. As the students settled down, we each read to the students the brief history of students painting the A in the past and why it is a special CSU tradition. Once at the top, students placed a white rock in the "A" to leave their mark, -
