How can you use KPIs to measure your progress towards career goals?
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are essential for improving any process. Without measuring, you won't know where you stand and how to improve. For a recruiting organization, it's crucial to monitor metrics such as time-to-hire, cost per hire, and the source of hire to ensure the best ROI. Other KPIs may vary depending on the company and situation. Quality is a critical KPI for recruiters, and in our company, it's measured at 80%. This means that 80% of the candidates proposed for a position should end up being hired or offered a job.

What are the latest trends and best practices in sourcing?
AI in sourcing is best used for X-Ray searching, scraping large amount of data from various online platforms eg: License OR Certification databases, and for repetitive tasks like email campaigns, and messaging or creating content I would not recommend using AI to screen candidates
