If you’re going to do discovery it has to be two way with your prospect 👀 Even before you jump on a call, ask yourself these two questions: 1. What is the outcome I want to get from this call 2. What is the outcome the customer probably wants to get from this call Prospects don't show up to be asked questions, or have a conversation that isn't tailored to their needs. It's all about the outcomes. After a call, the prospect should feel in a good place to bring in technical stakeholders, or potentially set up a demo as a next step to vet if a POC is worthwhile.
