ATS integrations in Recruiter

You can connect LinkedIn Recruiter to your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to help you hire more efficiently via LinkedIn ATS Integrations. Available integrations depend on your ATS partner. From within your ATS, you can select different integrations to enable.

Here's a tip

You can integrate multiple integrations, but you must enable one integration at a time.

Recruiter System Connect

Our sourcing integrations help you work more seamlessly across Recruiter and your ATS to help you hire qualified candidates faster.

Recruiter System Connect (RSC): Access data between LinkedIn Recruiter and your ATS in a single workflow.

• Within Recruiter, quickly see which candidates are also in your ATS, filter for or remove Past Applicants in search, see ATS candidate notes and interview feedback, and export candidates into your ATS.

• Within your ATS, access LinkedIn member profile information, send InMails, save to a Recruiter project, and see LinkedIn InMail activity.


Unified Search (US):
Search for candidates across your ATS and LinkedIn all in one view from your ATS. Resumes must be synced from your ATS to LinkedIn to power Unified Search.


Recommended Matches (RM):
Receive automatically generated candidate recommendations based on job descriptions posted from your ATS.


Important to know
: RSC and 1-Click Export are both required to activate Unified Search and Recommended Matches.

ATS-Enabled Reporting

ATS-Enabled Reporting enables you to better understand the value of all your sources and optimize where you focus your time by gaining insight into your end-to-end hiring funnel.

ATS-Enabled Reporting consists of two reports in Recruiter that combine data from your ATS (via Recruiter System Connect) and LinkedIn data:

• Funnel Report: View your end-to-end hiring funnel, from aware to hired.

• Source Report: View the impact of all of your sources, including LinkedIn.


Important to know

RSC must be fully activated in order to activate ATS-Enabled Reporting. Once activated, this feature reporting is visible to all users at your company.

Apply Package

Our apply integrations help you get more qualified applicants. When enabled, LinkedIn insights are visible for all the jobs in your ATS. 

Apply Connect: Attract more qualified applicants with a simplified job posting & applicant management flow and a candidate-first application process.

• ATS jobs are posted in real-time to your LinkedIn.com Career Page.

• Leverage custom screening and knockout questions to help you focus on the right talent for the job.

• Provide an end-to-end, mobile-friendly application process on LinkedIn for candidates.

• Access LinkedIn member profile information for applicants to help you evaluate.

• Automatically send notifications on behalf of your company to candidates who submit applications on LinkedIn.com to keep them informed of their current status. Notifications are sent in the following scenarios:

     • Application viewed

     • Resume downloaded

     • Job closed

     • Application rejected

 

Internal Mobility: The internal-only jobs ATS integration allows customers to ingest internal-only and internal-first jobs to LinkedIn, allowing customers to surface job openings that are only visible to their current employees. When employees click Apply to these jobs on LinkedIn, they will be redirected offsite to their respective internal job portal to finish the application. 

 

Apply with LinkedIn: Allow candidates to apply to jobs on your Career site using their LinkedIn profile information. Embed a plugin on your Career site that applicants can leverage. Application data is sent directly to your ATS.
