Changing my ATS or job source for Job Wrapping in LinkedIn Recruiter

You can set up automated Job Wrapping to automatically post on LinkedIn.

To begin the process:

  1. Click on your profile picture at the top of the homepage in Recruiter. 

  2. Click Product settings in the drop-down menu. 

  3. Click Job posting on the left-hand side.  

  4. Next to Job sources for automated job postings, click View/Edit.

  5. Click + Add job source

  6. Fill out the Connect your ATS slide-in window with the following information:

    • ATS or other job source
    • Job source URL
    • Your estimated number of expected open jobs from the new source
    • Company page on LinkedIn 
    • Applicant source tracking URL (optional) 
    • Additional information (optional)
  7. Click Request connection

Add or edit an applicant source tracking code or configured source

To add or edit an applicant source tracking code or edit a configured source:

  1. Click on your profile picture at the top of the homepage in Recruiter.  

  2. Click Product settings in the drop-down menu.  

  3. Click Job posting on the left-hand side.

  4. Next to Job sources for automated job postings, click View/Edit

  5. Click the  more icon next to the configured source you want to edit and click Edit source.  

  6. Fill out the Edit ATS source window with the following information: 

    • ATS or other job source 
    • Applicant source tracking code or if applicant source tracking does not apply for this source 
  7. Click Save changes.  

You can track the status of your job source request under the Job source requests tab. Once the request is complete, the status shows that the job source is active, and you’ll also be notified by email.
