As our Senior HRBP, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's culture, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, and driving strategic HR initiatives. Your fluency in both English and Spanish will be instrumental in effectively communicating with our diverse workforce and ensuring seamless HR operations. This position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Managing, mentoring, and supporting the In-Unit HRMs. 🔹 Manages new hire onboarding/off boarding process to ensure all policy and compliance related requirements are satisfied while ensuring a positive experience for the employee. 🔹Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies. 🔹 Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). 🔹Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met. 🔹Provides guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning. Requirements: 🔸 Bilingual Spanish/English. 🔸Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues. 🔸Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws. 🔸Experience supporting multi state field operations highly desirable, with a focus in California policies. 🔸Bachelor’s degree preferred. 🔸SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified 🔸Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
