The Educational Leadership and System Design at WestEd team will present at the 2024 Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) Leadership Summit 💡 Save the date for their hands-on workshop on November 15!
⏳ Just One Week Away! ⏳ I’m excited to invite you to join me in San Diego at the 2024 ACSA Leadership Summit, where I’ll be leading a session designed to help you create more engaging and productive meetings. With years of experience facilitating meetings and supporting team and community development, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when meetings are designed to engage the head (knowledge), heart (emotions), and hands (actions). That’s why I’ve developed the 3H Meeting Facilitation Framework—a simple yet effective approach to enhance how you lead meetings. Whether you’re leading a team, facilitating a workshop, or managing a group discussion, this session will provide you with practical tools and strategies to make every meeting more focused, collaborative, and impactful. 🌟 Session Title: Head, Heart and Hand: A Simple Facilitation Framework to Nurture Engagement 📅 Date & Time: November 15, 2024 @ 1:45 PM – 2:45 PM PST 📍 Location: Sapphire 410AB (4th floor) Dr. Teresa López AlonzoPrudence Harris-Minton, Ed.D.Priscilla RodriguezWestEdMatthew CliffordLauryn FullertonAlicia BowmanRochelle Herring, Ed.D.Melissa A.
