PEPA welcomes Dean Martin, Industrial Plant Engineer, ProVia, as our new Standards Development Work Group Chair (the Work Group is part of PEPA’s Technical Committee). An Ohio native, Dean always knew he wanted to pursue a Mechanical Engineering career. He began working in the automotive space and eventually moved over to the fenestration industry. He continued to build a successful career at ProVia in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering for the vinyl window, storm door and storm window sectors. Over the last 12 years, Dean has served as Corporate Code & Regulatory Manager and manages the internal laboratory for all ProVia’s exterior products. He also enjoys his role as a servant leader, providing vision for others striving to become leaders, and creating opportunities and connections for others to grow. Fun fact: Dean, along with his wife and three children, likes to explore and taste test different pizza places during his travels. He also enjoys working with his hands on house projects, as well as fishing, hiking, biking and watching softball. Dean, thanks for all that you do for PEPA and the industry!
