Today we're shining a spotlight on Vickers Engineering, Inc.! 🌟 This local business has fully leaned into a culture of learning, and had several employees enroll in the free manufacturing certificate we're offering at Michigan Works! Berrien, Cass, Van Buren. Vickers even allocated time for each enrolled employee to step off the floor to complete the modules and their final test! 🤝 We recently stopped by and presented four employees at Vickers with their very own laptops, to support their ongoing training and employment. 💻 This was a complete team effort between employer and employee, and we couldn't be happier to see the joy beaming from everyone in the building. #upskilling #training #cultureoflearning
